Our organic Acheta Domesticus (house crickets), made in Switzerland, are tasty and versatile. They were heated and then deep-frozen. By deep-freezing the insects are preserved gently and without the use of additives or preservatives.
They taste slightly like popcorn and can be integrated into any dishes, for example as a topping on salads, pizzas, pasta or soups. Fry the crickets in a pan or heat in the oven, then flavor them with a variety of spices or serve them with chocolate or caramel. Mixed with nuts, the crickets can be backed for high nutritional values snacks to consume in between.
